Cancellation Policy
At Sakura Travels, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking your tour.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date or failure to show up on the day of the tour will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Changes to Your Booking

Requests to change the tour date, pickup location, or participant details must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellations by Sakura Travels

In rare cases (such as severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances), Sakura Travels may cancel a tour for safety reasons.

If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive at the designated pickup point on time.

Our tours operate on a strict schedule, and we cannot delay departure for late arrivals.

Guests who miss the departure time will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.
